Purpose of Data Collection

Most market research is conducted on an anonymized or pseudonymized basis. Nevertheless, we may occasionally collect personal data (name, email address, video and audio) from study participants as part of conducting a research study. Also, occasionally a client may provide us with personal data of others (a list of customer or prospect names and email addresses) so we may solicit their participation in the research study we are conducting for that client. Information collected as part of the study itself (i.e., responses and opinions supplied by the respondent) may occasionally rise to the level of personal data as well.
