Purpose of Data Collection

• Human Resources (HR) Data: FCA US may process or store EU employee data on behalf of FCA Italy, in our secure global systems. HR Personal data may include current and former employees, prospective employees/applicants, temporary workers, contract workers, and site personnel including: personal details; family details; educational and training details; and employment details. We may disclose personal data to third-party processors and business partners the company has retained to perform services (e.g. HR operations, training, benefits, timekeeping and payroll, safety, mobility, recruiting) on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions, and exercising a right or obligation imposed by law or contract as described in our Privacy Statement. FCA US does not collect HR data directly from EU employees. FCA US does not process any Swiss HR data. • Non-HR Data: FCA US may process or store EU and/or Swiss customer data to fulfill contracts, warranty claims and/or recall of vehicles sold. We may also disclose personal data to third-party processors and business partners the company has retained to perform services on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions, and exercising a right or obligation imposed by law or contract as described in our Privacy Statement. FCA US may process personal information received about individual contacts of former, current and prospective customers for, the following purposes: general business administration; sales and marketing, customer support; data analytics; fulfillment of requests, customer relationship management; and responding to inquiries.
