Inflection Risk Solutions provides identity verification and background screening services. To carry these services out, we collect and process individuals' personal details, such as, legal name, date of birth, contact details, information from government-issued photo identification documents (e.g., a passport), criminal record information, and education and professional information. We share this information with our identity verification and background screening service providers, so that we can verify individuals' identities and produce our background checks. To learn how people discover, use, and interact with our websites (i.e. goodhire.com), to improve users' experience on these sites, as well as to help us make advertising decisions regarding the services we offer, we collect and process advertising information and technical and analytics data, such as users' log data (including their IP address, the type of browser they use, their device ID, and operating system). For very limited purposes, we share this information with third parties, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Mixpanel.
