Purpose of Data Collection
ON24 provides its customers a platform for the development, production and distribution of customizable webcasts, webinars, and other content. Via the ON24 platform, we process data our customers submit to our services, as well as data our customers instruct us to collect or otherwise process on their behalves. Personal data collected on behalf of customers includes name, email, contact information and other registration information, as well as other personal information the customer chooses to collect or instructs us to collect via our services, and any content and information the customer uploads, produces, manages or distributes via our platform. ON24 is as a data processor on behalf of its customers; we collect and otherwise process personal data via the ON24 platform in order to provide our services to customers and clients. The self-certification applies to our activities related to the platform.

This Policy applies to the personal information that ON24’s Clients submit to us via the Platform, as well as the personal information we collect, access, store, use or otherwise process (collectively, “process”) via the Platform on behalf of Clients, including the Registrant Information, Other Information and User Communications , as well as other personal information we process from End Users of the Platform (together the “Platform Data”). This new version will replace once approved by the ITA the current version available on the site. The effective date can be the re-certification date or another date depending on when approval is granted. The attached policy has been updated to reflect changes needed to text for DPF purposes and other minor revisions. The revised policy will be located at the same url as the current one.
