Data we receive in reliance on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework(Swiss-U.S. DPF) includes data relating to employees and contractors, clients, vendors, website visitors, participants in our online courses, attendees at our events and those who otherwise contact us. Aquent processes personal data as needed to provide requested services, run our business, market our services, comply with laws, assist applicants to find assignments or direct hire positions with our clients, and to pay our service providers. Consistent with our Privacy Notice Aquent may disclose data to third parties including, clients and managed services providers, Our parent and affiliated companies, third party service providers, agents, or others as part of a business transfer or as appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of Aquent or others. Aquent does not does not sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose personal data for commercial purposes.
