Purpose of Data Collection
Allen Maxwell & Silver, Inc. (AMS), in its performance of business-to-business accounts receivable management services for it clients, will from time to time be requested to provide services for customers around the globe. In order to provide these services, it is necessary to accumulate data pertinent to any outstanding invoices that clients request us to service. This data may include Personal Identifiable Information (PII) as it relates to the invoice and the process to resolve the invoice. AMS recognizes the need to properly and prudently preserve the integrity and the confidentiality of any and all PII accumulated in the performance of its accounts receivable management process and pledges to adhere to the principles and requirements of Privacy Shield while performing its diligence on behalf of its clientele.
