Purpose of Data Collection
We and our partner Controllers use the data collected to authenticate and verify user's identity, communicate with the user about their account, collect additional Assessment Data, provide the user with personalized Reports and Recommendations derived from the Assessment Data, and provide Assessment Results and Reports to the entities that invite the user to be assessed. We may collect and use User-provided and IP-address-derived location data in order to provide location-aware services. For maintenance and security purposes, we collect and retain files that record interaction with Pymetrics and 3rd party services (System logs) which contain Personal Data like Username, IP Address, and Geolocation data. We monitor and analyze web traffic (Cookies and Usage Data) using 3rd party analytics tools (Google Analytics - Google, Inc.) to keep track of how Users interact with our services.
