Purpose of Data Collection
ABC provides billing and payment services on behalf of gyms and health clubs. Our system is used by the gym owners to manage their member's account including: 1) member identification information (typically the member's name and photograph) to ensure only members are allowed access to the facility and 2) member payment information that allows our system to automatically draft member credit cards and bank accounts to pay for monthly dues. ABC does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
