Purpose of Data Collection
Act-On provides email and other virtual communication software that allows clients to communicate with their prospects, clients, and internal teams. Act-On users decide what data is processed; within our applicable standards set by our Services Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy. Primarily the data consists of: name, business, device, locational (IP address), email, usage, behavioral, and company role. Other data may be submitted, imported, or received by Act-On users. Act-On collects and processes similar data for our own business purposes on prospects and clients. Act-On users a limited number of third-parties to process and store information.
