Purpose of Data Collection
Personal data relating to employees of private and public companies in the context of the employee share plan administration and share brokerage services provided by Global Shares to 1) the employer company and 2) the participants in the share schemes, such personal information to include but not be limited to: name, address, SSN, Tax ID, date of birth, nationality, employee ID. Such data may be disclosed to the participants in the shares schemes, the employer company or its representatives and to authorised third party data processors retained or contracted by Global Shares
