We do pre-employment assessment for our cusotmers and only require first name, last name, and sometimes email for job candidates. We are a processor or agent for other companies, we do not use the personal data ourselves. Occasionally we may have resumes uploaded to our site and applications completed on our site, both for customer use only, they are not used by Criteria Corp other than to provide the service to our customers.
