The Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) is active in the Republic of Congo with a political risk insurance program covering MINOCO (Minoterie du Congo SA), a flour mill owned and operated by the Seaboard Corporation. The Republic of Congo is also a member of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA).
 

There is an OPIC agreement between the Republic of Congo and the United States.
